Motorcycle Repair: Continuous no spark on 2000 XL 883 Custom, harley davidson repair, xl 883 custom

Question
I have a 2000 XL Custom 883 in my shop with a continuous no spark condition that has me stumped.  I have 30 years of experience in Harley-Davidson repair,25 on them in authorized dealerships, so I've been doing this a while and seen my fair share of head-scatchers and hate to admit defeat.  Anyway, here are the details-
Bike quit with no warning, no indication of intermittent problem, started next morning and ran about 10 seconds and quit, I have a flasing LED on the intergrated module, system voltage on both sides of the W/BK wire at the 6 postion Deutch connector from module, system voltage on both sides of coil, which I replaced anyway, along with plug leads, coil resistance readings are in the middle of spec, system voltage at LTGN/GY wire and GY wire from Bank Angle Sensor, both module and BAS grounds check OK, BAS replaced with known good unit, even held away from battery carrier during test, integrated module was replaced with a 1200 module, but should not make a diffence, just trying to get spark, test plugs checked on good ground(head bolts)as engine has a finish that may not be conducive to a good ground, engine is grounded to frame, and yes, the rotor cup is rotating.  Start relay was replaced.  9.8 VDC at coil upon operation of starter motor without plugs in heads.  There seems no reason on paper this thing should not spark that I can figure, and hope someone can point out something I've overlooked.  Ignition schematic taken from page 7-9 in service manual.  TIA for all responses.

Answer
I ran into a simular problem on a Fat Boy about 3 months. Bike would start and run for a few minutes and then shut off and no spark. After scratching my head for a long time I checked the one thing i didnt think it would be. The bike had a bad ground where the battery cable was connected to the grounding point. It rean great after that.
If this doenst help, let me know
