Motorcycle Repair: 82 Honda V 45 magna, spark plug, carbs

Question
I have owned this bike for 3 years, in that time I have had the carbs cleaned,clutch seals replaced, new plugs, yesterday it wouldn't fire when I tried to start it, took the plugs out and they were light brown and looked alright. After putting the plugs back in it stated right up but idled really low and died, is there a spark plug problem or something else? Thank you

I suspect a carburetor/fuel related problem.
