Hi Marc,

You'll have to buy, borrow, or otherwise locate a copy of the service manual. I simply don't have the time to type the procedure.

The service manual has illustrated procedures on all repiars and will pay for itself with the first repair you perform.

Check your local library or order the manual from "www.bikebandit.com"
