Hello Mike
Ok I have a 2000 nighttrain I just installed a 95 inch kit with Kieth Black 10 to 1 pistons and Andrews tw44 cams and easy adjustable pushrods I also have a Edelbrock 42mm carb with a velocity stack. Ok the problem is that after I start the bike it sounds like one of the rear cylinder valves are tapping I have checked the pushrod adjustment it seems to run ok and it sounds ok on start up but it is more than the normal valve train noise any help would be greatly appreciated and thank you in advance for the advice.

Thank you

You have a higher lift cam which will cause more noise. I would change the lifters to Jims or Crane and that should solve the problem. Also, make sure they are adjusted correctly so you have little valve lash.
Good luck and happy riding

Answer
You dipstick popping out means there is pressure building up in the motor. I would first check the vent lines to make sure they are not kinked. Then check the breather in the velocity stack. After that you will have to check the pressure relief valve.
