Motorcycle Repair: how to reset my s&s super carb, air fuel mixture, sportster 883

i messed with the air and fuel mixture now it is back firing . i have a 1986 sportster 883 big e i need the advice or correct setting to make it run the way befor my dumb ass touched her.her name is evillynn she is a fat boy clone or fat girl my evil bitch EVILLYN thanks so so much if you can send the reading material to reset the carb

Answer
To set the air/fuel mixture screw: First start the bike and let it warm up. Now turnt he screw inward until the bike starts to stumble and sound like its going to shut off. Now turn the screw back a 1/4 turn and its set.
