Question -
My cycle only clicks at the starter relay when I attempt to start it - a single click.  I put in a new battery, the fuses are fine and I replaced the starter relay.  What should I trouble shoot for next?
Answer -
Whats the year and model.

It is a 2002 Liberator - rev tech 88, rev tech transmission, spike starter, very simlair to a softail.

Answer
Make sure you have a good ground both at the battery and the ground at the grounding point. If you check it and still have the problem then get a piece of wire. There are two wires on the starter. One is from the battery and the other is from the relay. Unplug the one from the relay. Now connect the jumper wire at the hot post of the battery and touch the other to where the starter relay was plugged in. If the starter turns over like it should then you have a problem somewhere in the ignition system and will have to trace it out. If it doenst, then the starter needs to be removed and tested to see what the problem is. Might bethe starter or the starter solenoid.
Good luck and happy riding
