can you please assist on advice on changing front fork seals on the above and how much oil to replace back in?

Hi Simon,

My advice is to buy the Service Manual and follow directions very thoroughly. The manual has illustrated procedures and all specification intel. There' also inmportant warning you should know about when performing this task.
