Motorcycle Repair: pressure relief valve leaking oil, pressure relief valve, valve seal

Question
I have a 1991 honda 300 4x4 which started leaking oil from the pressure relief valve.  The valve you turn before you kick start the atv.  This is located in the top of the cyl.  How do you repair this problem?  Do you have to pull the engine to take the top cyl. off.
thanks
jeff

Answer
Hi Jeff,

Replace the decompression valve seal. Buy the service manual and read the procedure to fix your ATV engine. Simple task.
