Motorcycle Repair: honda/carburetors, gas mixture, shively

my friend had adjusted the idle screw,which I know
the one responsible on air/gas mixture,but now my bike not running well the engine ,when running at 40 to 50 kp/h the engine suddenly turn off...need help regarding this one,already check the spark plug.

There's not enough information provided for me to form diagnosis. I recommend the service manual to help you with diagnosis and servicing your MC.

I doubt adjusting either screws would cause the engine to suddenly turn off as described.
