Motorcycle Repair: baffles, honda shadow ace, air fuel mixture

is there a simple way to remove the baffles from the exhaust of a 750 honda shadow ace 2003if this is done would the carb need to be rejetted?

Hi Ken,

If the baffles are welded in place, the easiest way may be a plasma cutter or cutting torch.

I recommend replacing the exhaust with a quality aftermarket system.

Yes, the air-fuel mixture will need to be tuned any time modifications are made to the air intake, carburetion, exhaust, and some engine mods.
