Motorcycle Repair: Muffler exaust, sportster 1200, rome italy

I would like to remove the diaphragm inside the the mufflers of my sportster 1200. How i have to do? I ha to use a drill?

You must be talking about the baffles. I wouldnt remove them all the way. You will not have any back pressure and the bike will run really lean. If you are looking for more sound then take a drill bit and drill a few holes ont eh baffles.
