Motorcycle Repair: 1981 CB 750 Fork Seals Replace, fork seals, fork legs

I need to know the proceedure for disassembling the fork legs, seal replacement technique, and whether or not the fork tube must be in the slider before the new seal is installed.
Also, the weight and quantity of fork oil per leg.

Buy or borrow the Service (Repair) Manual. Find manauls at "wwwbikebandit.com" and at Ebay for about $25. It will pay for itself with the first repair.
