Motorcycle Repair: timing, suzuki dr200, camshaft timing

I need to know how to set up the timing on a suzuki dr 200 1989 model.It's my son in laws bike so don't have much info about it.At the moment the head is off and the valves and cam is exposed.
The bike has been left idle a long time.

I do not have the Service Manual or specs for the 1989 Suzuki DR200 camshaft timing.

Check for a Clymer Repair Manual at Ebay or otherwise on line.
