Hi ihave just had acomplet engine rebuild. all ok put engine back in. trouble is i cant rember where the breather pipes go. can you help.thanks.

Find your model and check the illustrations. These bikes have a crankcase rebreather system to reduce emissions which has a lot of twisty turny hoses and fittings.  There are some pics at the air filter and carburetor sections that may be helpful.
