Motorcycle Repair: Engine wont start!, shively, spark plugs

Hi.  I own a '02 Savage.  Recently the bike would not turn over.  So I bought a new battery.  Instead of getting "clicking" sounds, it sounds like it wants to turn over-the engine that is- but it won't start.  I manipulated the chocke and still nothing.  I checked the oil, gas, nothing.  What else can I do?

Sorry for the delay in responding. Very busy with overtime.

Remove the spark plugs and check for fouling. I suspect the plugs became wet fouled from starting attempts.

Let me know what you find. We can go from there.
