Motorcycle Repair: 04 suzuki gsxr 600 repair, suzuki gsxr 600, wont kick

Question
I laid my bike down and it stayed on the right side breakin the right handle (with cut-off switch and start-up located on it) and i cracked my starter idl cover which i have ended up replacing both of.  I'm wondering if when i went down would my bike have an auto cutoff or not?  Since i replaced both of those parts and some other minor things it wont kick or turn @ all!  I can turn the engine cutoff switch on and i hear the electricals going and everything then i hit the switch to start it up and nothing.  Let me know what other problems i could have ran into if you can think of any?  Thanks.

Answer
Hi nic.
Check your sidestand cutoff switch and the clutch switch at the lever.  Chances are, that one or both of them were damaged in the accident.  They are rather fragile.  Other than that, check the fuses and fuse connections and look for hot grounds in the circuit as well as damaged connections.

Good luck.
