Motorcycle Repair: forks, fork seals, fork tubes

  my friend's honda cdi has front wheel "forks"  scratch. due to this his motorcycle has got sound like a broken forks,i mean only scratch caused to as the forks has broken,please reply me that is there any way to repair the rods and how to protect the forks to get scratch

Hi Usman.
 Broken fork seals Do not produce any sound.  As far as any scratches in the fork tubes, there is not any way to repair them.  They must be replaced if there are any deep scratches in them.  If they are bent they must also be replaced.
