Motorcycle Repair: Fork oil change, honda rebel 250, 2002 honda rebel 250

Question
2002 Honda Rebel 250.  Cannot locate the drains on the bottom of the front forks to change the oil in them.  No apparent bolts or any devices that looks like it would be a drain.  The pre 2002 or late 1990's Rebels have bolts for draining purposes but not the 2002.  Any help would be appreciated.

Visit the following website and look at part number 13. This is the drain bolt.
