Motorcycle Repair: rim trueing, shadetree mechanic, rear rim

Question
i have a 71 trump  hardtail chop 16"rear rim  my back hub isnt running strait the rtght side looks ok im stuck in backwoods & dont know how to get a trueing tool is there any "shadetree mechanic" way to build one or a way i can do it on the bike right now i have it jacked up & a piece of angle iron vicegriped to the frame running against sprokret it has 3/8th dif between the spaces on sprocket as i spin it

Answer
By the time you build one, then you are going to need a dial indicator, you could probably get it done at a shop and you will probably spend more on the building. I have never seen any plans to build one or how to build one. I would suggest removing the wheel and taking it to a shop and have it done. Depending on how far its out, shouldnt take them that long to do.
Good luck and happy riding
