Motorcycle Repair: Wiring a kill switch, ground lead, kill switch

I bought a new kill switch which has two wires coming out of it. Where do i attach these wires. I know about motorbikes so you can tell me the proper name of where they go.

Hi Gordon,

I have no idea what year, make, or model, or what kind of vehicle you have.

Basically, kill switches either keep the connection or break the connection of chasis ground or power of the ignition circuit.

Try installing the new switch in series with the ground lead of the ignition coils. Best to get the Service Manual and view the wiring diagram.
