Motorcycle Repair: help 81 goldwing, fuel treatments, seasonal storage

just bought 81 golwing it hasn't been rode for couple of years. anyway had all the fluids changed carb sync. and cleaned and filter changed oil and gas. but it still act if not getting enough gas it spudders and gasp when i open her up don't know what to do from here?
hope i could get some feed back thanks

Hi Mike.
 Get the carbs cleaned.  Also, reseal the fuel tank and replace the fuel lines.

 Since the bike sat for a while, the fuel that was in it left "varnish" which needs to be removed.
 No amount of fuel treatments will ever remove it, btw.  It can only be removed with a proper cleaning.
 After that, occasional fuel treatments should keep it clean, but do not let it sit in seasonal storage with fuel in the system or the same thing will happen.

It sounds like everything else that you did was good and correct.
