Motorcycle Repair: mz siezure, siezure, cylinder wall

hi chris. any idea how i can get the barrle / piston apart on my 250 mz. ran out of oil. have tried using a greese gun and modified spark plug also an extraction tool instead of the head . no good.  could cutting holes in the barrel to remove the gudgen pin be worth trying ?

Hi Allen.
 If the piston is jammed in there that badly, then the only option may be to get a whole new piston and head.  I cannot think of any way of removing a piston that is that badly jammed in there without ruining the cylinder wall so badly that it will require complete resleeving.
