What grade of gas will give me the best performance for my old bike? the manual says regular thats all? Is this a reliable model?And I am still trying to figure out whether the high test gas I put in it lately is making it run ruff or something is happening when the bike gets really warmed up,maybe something electrical?Thanks Chris,Jeremy

Hi Jeremy.
 When in doubt, always do as the book says.  The bike is designed to run on regular, so just use regular.  It will run just fine like that.

Check your tune up schedule as well and make sure that you follow that.  You would be surprised how well a bike will run when the filters, oil and other tune up proceedures are kept up with.
