Motorcycle Repair: noise/rear belt-sprocket, wheel alinement, wheel bearings

my '03 dyna with 11" shocks has a scraping noise in sprocket area when riding. more on acceleration, less on coasting. no noise discernable on the lift. cant figure it out. help?

Check your belt tension and your rear wheel alinement and see if thats the problem. If you still hear it check your rear brake caliber and see it the pads are rubbing. They will rub a little bit all the time. The only other thing is to remove the wheel and check the wheel bearings to see if one hase gone out.
