Motorcycle Repair: spark plugs, gsx 600f, cylinder compression

Question
I have a 1994 GSX 600f Katana.  The bike has sat for a while, the carbs have been thourghly cleaned and new fuel has been put in the tank.  The bike will turn over but won't start.  The spark plugs have consistent spark but the spark is very weak.  What are your suggestions.
    Thank you for your help

Answer
Hi Scott,

Will the engine start with Starting Fluid?

Are the spark plugs dry?

Is the air filter and air ducts clean and unobstructed?

Is fuel getting into the carbs?

Who cleaned the carburetors?

What color is the spark plug's arc?

When were valve clearances last checked and adjusted?

What is cylinder compression?
