Answer
Brad, I hope that you drained all of the fuel and replaced it in the tank and carbs before starting attempts. IF not, you may have fouled the plugs by now.
Start out with fresh fuel, new plugs, verify spark and compression. Be sure that the battery is FULLY charged up and that the KILL switch is not in the wrong position!

Valves seldom get stuck in the valve guides, but it has been known to happen. Adjusting the valves on 350s is a very precise procedure, so verify that they are set correctly.

Sometimes, if a valve has gotten a little rust on the stem and is sticking, you can take off the exhaust/intake and spray a little pentrating oil on the valve stem. Then remove the valve cover cap and tap on the end of the rocker arm/valve tip with a mallet to see if it will loosen up. Do this on the compression stroke.

If the valve is really stuck or bent, then the engine has to come out, head comes off and valve replaced along with some attention to the valve seats and stem seals, as necessary.
