fuel comes out of an air filter hoes on the bottom of my bike , what is wrong with it ..

Hi Michael.
 It sounds like your floats are not working correctly. check the carbs and I'll bet that you will find at least one of the floats either sticking or not closing completely.

Alternatively, it could also be a faulty/sticking fuel valve as well.
