1996 cbr 600 f3 wont start . new plugs , and lines, had carborator cleaned out . fuel comes out of air flter on bottom of bike . it wants to start but doesn't . thanks a lot for any info u can give me . mike

Hi Michael,

Carbs may have varnish remaining inside.

Definately has float needle valves sticking, worn, varnished, or any combination of these causing the fuel to overflow into the air box. If it's in the airbox, fuel is in the crankcase, too. Consider changing the engine oil and filter immediately.

Have carbs cleaned and sychronized by a professional technician.
