Motorcycle Repair: HD Fuel Injection and Changing Mufflers, fuel injection system, mobil one

I own a new 04 HD FXD Superglide with Fuel Injection. QUESTION #1) IF I decide to install different 'Clamp On' mufflers - must the fuel injection system be RECALIBRATED?  QUESTION #2)  I want switch to Synthetic Oil at the first oil change - Do you have any recommendations about this?  Must I use HD brand?  Appreciate any and all information about these questions. If you change muffles you should also change to a high flow air filter. When you do this or either one you will lean the bike out and you need to have to computer recalibrated.
On the oil. You can use another kind of synthetic oil as long as its the same viscosity. Mobil One is a good oil to use in your bike if you dont want to use harley oil.
