Motorcycle Repair: 1999 hd flhtcui, air fuel ratio, mixture problems

Question
i have a 99 ultra glide with a stage i kit,and screamin eagle slip on slash cuts. recently i have been hearing a high end ping in my engine.
my harley dealer states they contacted harley and they suggest a power commander to solve this problem. the shop mechanic states the lifters are ok and suggests i down shift into a lower gear when this occurs. what do you suggest?
ps  i have been hearing information of what they are calling a fueler coming out to correct fuel mixture problems have you heard of this ?

thanks''''

Answer
HI CHRIS.
The ONLY way to properly tune a fuel injected bike is to use a power commander 3r from dynojet. and have the bike custom maped with a dynojet 250 load controller dyno that use's a air/fuel ratio monitor. there is no other product on the market that does this better then the power commander, you can also remove timing from it to get rid of the pinging. also change the primary gear ratio. go to the 21 tooth front motor sprocket and primary chain. this will give you a final drive of 3.78:1, you now are at 3.37:1
I have not herd of the fueler coming out. JOHNNY
