Nissan Repair: 93 nissan d21 2.4L 4x4 wont start

Hello my truck wont start i can turn the key and it will crank and there is a clicking sound coming from the distributor which i had just changed and i cant figure it out.

Hi Julian -

Can you first check the timing?

Line up the damper so that you are at TDC (match the marks)
Check the orientation of the distributor rotor and ensure that the rotor is pointing at the #1 terminal on the distributor. If not re-align the distributor so it is and try to re-start.
