Nissan Repair: Side view Mirror

Calvin, Hi, I own a 2011 sl altima, I need to replace the turn
signal light in the side view mirror, My question is
how do you remove the mirror glass to access the interior.
there is a single screw that holds the directional.

Hi Ted -

Are you replacing this because it is out? The lights are supposed to be lifetime LED lights that should not need replacing. If one of them is out, you may want to check wiring and connections.

The only way to get at it is to remove the mirror assembly from inside the car. There should be a triangular piece of plastic that you can unsnap to access the bolts, which I believe is 10MM.
