Nissan Repair: AC on a 95 Nissan is not Working, competent mechanic, nissan pickup

Hi there, I have a 95 Nissan pickup that AC is not working. I check the fuse but is not the problem. The light of the AC won't  turn on too.

Hi Henry -

The A/C freon level may need to be checked. There is a pressure switch that is a safety for the system. If the system is low on refrigerant, it shuts out the controls so no damage to the compressor is caused.

Take it to a competent mechanic and have him put the pressure gauges on to check the levels.
