Nissan Repair: 89 Nissan P/U 4WD Auto 6 cyl, 4wd auto, fuel starvation

The vehicle seems as though it's skipping and losing fuel pressure like the optical pick up is not working.  New spark plugs, new wires, new coil, new fuel pump, new rotor and distributor cap.  The vehicle will cut off while driving but start again while moving. I have checked the optical pick up but there is no oil there.  Could it possibly be the optical pick itself.  

This only happens sometimes, but then other time it's continually.  I have tried everything any advise/ insight you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

Seems like fuel starvation to me - Did you replace your fuel filter?

Also, what is the mileage on the vehicle?

If the cut off is happening only when the engine is warmed up, then it could also be the ignition module, located in the distributor.
