Nissan Repair: Fan switch, fan switch, 2005 xterra

I own a 2005 Xterra & the fan switch is stuck on to where I can only use #3 & #4 position. It will not go back to the off position which makes it stay on all the time. How hard is it to change the switch ? Thanks

Hi Mark -

Yes, the switch should be pretty basic to replace. I cannot picture what the switch looks like, but in most models the outer plastic cover has to removed, which is either a snap in, or held by philips screws at the corners. Once that is removed, the switch can be replaced.
