Nissan Repair: turn signals light but wont flash 97 nissan 4wd pickup, nissan 4wd, nissan hardbody

I don't have the cash for a repair manual for my 97 nissan hardbody 4wd 2.4L pickup truck but am trying to locate the flasher that makes my turn signals blink.  No luck online or on the phone with dealership.  Do you know where to find this part or assembly?  I am extremely grateful for the answer, in advance!

I am surprised dealership will not tell you.

Anyway, the flasher unit is usually located under dash driver's side. Sometimes it is plugged right in the fuse box, same location left side under dash. You are looking for a cylindrical
device with a couple wires attached to it. maybe 1 inch diameter and 1 inch deep.
