this vehicle is not changing gears so l used a scan tool and it picked fault code p0600 ,A/T commline

It could be that the vehicle has run over something and caused the error by a broken wire to the transmission.  The vehicle speed sensor could be defective or the wires to it are damaged or the transmission computer could be out.  These are the three most common.  I have found all three on different Nissan vehicles.  If the motor was swapped a wire could have been pinched as I have found this too.
