ok the fuel pump is not the problem I am still not getting start.  it trys but I can not get it to run at all.  I don't know were to go from here ... there was some moisture around the spark plugs, I think the moisture is gone I used some spray to dry it the engine started ran around the block and now that its hot it wont start.
it still acts like its not getting fuel but it is flowing through the system.

Get a Haynes Manual and a volt ohm meter and check the air meter.  Another thing the Sentra is known for is a blocked converter.  Car gets hot and the air will not flow.  The air meter usually fails when hot too.  Also, look for unmetered air if the air inlet hose is cracked from the meter to the throttle body.
