Nissan Repair: 1993 Nissan Hardbody, nissan hardbody pickup, head gasket

My son has a 1993 Nissan hardbody pickup. He changed out the head gasket and got everything back together and sealed up but it still appears that water is getting into the oil from somewhere. Any ideas what could be causing this? Thanks in advance for any help you can give us.

Don,

A cracked head, a nicked head gasket, or even a warped head or deck can cause the leak.  If the bolts were not torqued down in at least four increments to the proper torque in the correct sequence can cause a leak too.  The surface cannot be too clean or flat.  If the head gasket was blown was the head resurfaced?  Just my guess since I have done so many and have had all of these problems at one time or another...
