Nissan Repair: 1993 Altima stalling at lights, air control valve, idle air control valve

Question
Hi, my 93 altima runs fine, has lots of power and does not have any other issues other then it wants to stall when I come to a stop after running for about 10 min at hwy speeds. The rpms will fall of and stall if I don't clutch and feather the gas just a little.

Answer
Dan,

Have the throttle body cleaned and the idle air control valve replaced.  Also, since it is a 1993 the minimum air can be set.  Be sure the timing is correct as well as making sure the spark plugs are new.  That is, if they are not too old.  I like to change them every two years unless you have platinum ones.
