Nissan Repair: engine CD20T, nissan serena, inport

I got nissan serena inport model C23 diesel with engine CD20T (1973cc), but now the engine is start overheating.so let said i want to change the engine any others type engine can replace it?

Yes, any engine from the year the Serena was built will fit another Serena.  Remember, if you go to gas from diesel you will have issues converting the wiring harness, computer and fuel system.  I would stick with a like replacement.  If you are in Japan there are many good sources for used engines.
