Nissan Repair: car problem, nissan almera, macanic

my nissan almera is an 03, only 3800 miles, but recently, engine managment lights come on, and its chuggering when its cold, ok when its warmed up, took it too a garage and there said after putting it on there diagonostic machine, that it was the cam sensor, but i ve had two cam sensors on, because the macanic said the 1st one was faulty, but its made the problem worse, so i ve stil got the old one on, please help!! thanks

I would need to know the code number from the diagnostic machine. There are literally hundreds of potential codes that can come out, even multiple ones.

This would be the first step in solving your car problem.

I know the mechanic said cam sensor, but I want to be sure it matches the codes I have.
