Nissan Repair: possible Nissan blower motor/vent problems, nissan pickup, ac unit

I love my 95 Nissan pickup.  However, today I tried to turn on the AC and turn it up full blast and there was no air coming out of the vents, as if it didn't even turn on.  There IS cold air coming out of the vents if I go about 30mph so I don't think it's the AC unit (although it does leak).  I tried turning on the heat also but it does not blow out the vents.  Would you happen to know what I might be facing (and how much it would cost to fix it)?

The blower is the most probable issue.  Pull the connector and get a 12 volt test light and test the leads that go to the harness to see if power is getting to the blower.  If there is power remove the blower and replace it.  Under the dash on the passenger side.  Around $50 bucks for the part.
