Nissan Repair: 01 altima wont start, speciality shop, scantool

my security light flashes inconsistantly,sometimes fastevery 3 second or so (usualy starts). sometimes like once every 30 seconds thats when it doesnt start. ive tried taking off positive terminal turning car to on then hooking up battery(works sometimes). i tried unlocking door with key turn to on then off 3x times ,and start on the forth (sometimes works). also tried taking off negative terminal for 5 min(sometimes works) help me please!!!!:)

Sounds like the body control module is going out.  I would take it to someone with a COnsult II scantool, like the dealer or a speciality shop, to have them verify through interrogation of the BCM to verify the problem.  It costs right at $100 bucks for them to diagnose.  I do not want to tell you to throw parts at the problem before it is verified.
