Nissan Repair: High Beam driver side, nissan maxima 2004, nissan maxima

Nissan Maxima 2004 Xenon.  Mechanic says it is $600 to replace motor for high beam driver side.  First he said it was the wiring harness, then said the entire light assembly.  If I replace light assembly $160 on line, will this fix the problem?

If the light assembly comes with both the ballast and bulb it will solve the problem.  Your car only has a two fillament bulb.  So, either the high beam of the two is toast or the headlight switch has failed.  Just purchase a bulb for your car and follow the instructions from the link below:

If this does not do the trick then you need to look at a headlight switch replacement.
