Nissan Repair: 2005 MAXIMA, o riley auto parts, autozone

Question
HI, TOOK CAR IN AND HAD "0" RING REPLACED. ALSO LOOKED AT THE A/C FOR LOW AIR PRESSURE. SAID THE ACUATOR WAS GOING OUT. NOW EVERYTIME I GO TO START BATTERY IS DEAD. LIKE SOMETHING IS CAUSING IT TO DRAIN. WOULD THE ACUATOR DO THAT? THEY ALSO LOOKED AT THE INSIDE AIR FILTER. WHAT COULD CAUSE THE BATTERY TO DRAIN?

Answer
Tamika,

I would assume the actuator is the control unit.  The Maxima is known to have the control unit stick and as a result the power stays on and drains the battery.  But, to be sure you could get the electrical system checked for free at Autozone or Checker O'Riley Auto Parts.
