Nissan Repair: No power for 2004 Quest, square wave generators, magnetic pickup

Question
I just filled up my 2004 Quest and was taking it through the car wash.  I noticed the "check engine" light came on.  Suddenly the "SLIP" and "TCS OFF" lights came on and the van won't go above 1500 RPM and has no power.  It starts and idles fine but can not go more than 10 MPH.  I checked all my fluids and looked for any obvious signs of damage but find none.

Answer
Jim,

The SLIP and TCS OFF lights make me think that something got wet.  The anti-lock brake module is under the hood and the sensors on the four wheels could have gotten wet from the car wash.  I would check the connections at the wheels and possible blow out the connectors and see if that will correct the problem.  The tell is the car wash and the problem starting.  There are sensors at each wheel that send information to the computer about the wheels slipping.  There are square wave generators, a magnetic pickup and a tone ring, that provide the information.  If they were shorted in the car wash that would cause the problem.  The car wash uses pressurized water to spray the bottom of the car and the wheels.
