Nissan Repair: Wiper Arm, bolt nut, best guess

98 Altima driver side wipers not going all the way up. Moving after snow storm I'm guessing broke it. Any easy way to fix? Whatever is broke seems to be in a place I can't get to.

on the driverside arm, it is connected to a shaft via bolt/nut and probably a cover hiding it.  follow the wiper down until it ends (you may need to pop the hood).   pop off the small cover and you will find a nut.   my best guess is it is loose and is not moving the blade the entire way up.  with the wipers in off position, loosen that nut and line it up where you think its default position should be then secure the nut, your problem should be solved.  let me know how this turns out for you.  thanks for the question.  good luck!
