Nissan Repair: 2002 nissan frontier, nissan frontier, compression check

I have  Nissan frontier 2002 4 cyl.,code #1 cyl. misfire.Noticeable at 1500-2000 rpm,also when truck shifts into overdrive.I have changed plus,wires,cap,also egr valve.No luck.Someone told me it could be bad injector,or burnt valve?

I would say that it is an injector or a burnt valve.  So, first switch the injector with another one and see if the problem follows the injector.  If it does not do a compression check to see if the compression is off and if the valve or rings are damaged.
