Nissan Repair: transmission 1995 Quest Van, accelerator cable, lock nuts

My transmission cable and the accelerator cable is out of adjustment. Causing the transmission not to change gears on time.
What is the correct RPM set and the number of screws turns for the transmission cable? Thanks you for your help

The transmission shift cable is set by, with the engine off, press the throttle to the floor.  Then, have someone set the tension on the shift cable to be taunt while the throttle is fully depressed.  Tighten down the lock nuts and you should be there.  Email me back if you need more help.
